Returns and Exchanges
Merchandise is gladly exchanged for other sizes or items as long as they have not been worn, washed or damaged. Black Phoenix Enterprises LLC / #RENEGADES is not responsible for postage charges incurred by members exchanging merchandise. Returns will be issued a store credit for the amount of the original purchase price of the item that is returned if it is not exchanged for other merchandise.

*Shipping cost & shipping sales tax incurred for returns are non refundable and within the Customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges can be made by shipping the product back to the The #RENEGADES Store. Please attach a letter with your account info, Order #, and contact info. Once we receive product you will receive an email with store credit. You will be able to log in and place another order with correct size. Also please check the site or call us for product availability before sending back your exchange.
Defective and/or damaged merchandise due to shipping must be reported within 30 days of purchase or will no longer be accepted. Please notify by email and send a photo of the damaged goods with a description of what is wrong. We will gladly replace goods.
For items that are sold on pre-order status, your account will be charged at the time that your order is placed. If the order cannot be fulfilled within a few weeks of the advertised date, your account will be credited in full. If you choose to cancel your order before it ships, your account will be credited in full. Please contact customer service if the credit has not been received within 15 days of canceling. If you choose to cancel your order after it has been shipped, please follow the return policy and guidelines.
For items that are sold as part of a bundle set, we are unable to accept partial returns of the items in the bundle at this time, except in the case of a damaged or defective product. If you wish to make a return, all of the bundle items must be returned together, in accordance with the return policy outlined above.
Return Policy for Items Purchased at a Concert/Event
At this time we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for concert/event merchandise purchased at an event. Concert/event merchandise purchases are final; however, we care about your satisfaction. You may contact customer service via email with details regarding your purchase for possible alternatives if your product is defective.
Refunds and Exchanges
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat choices. Policies set forth by our clients, including venues, organizations and theaters, generally prohibit #RENEGADES from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent those prohibitions in any manner with regard to tickets you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not contact #RENEGADES to seek a refund or exchange from #RENEGADES when #RENEGADES is prohibited from providing one by its clients, and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a chargeback from the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets from the Site. Should you do so, your tickets may be canceled, and #RENEGADES may, in its sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using the Site.
Refunds for Canceled Events
We will contact you and issue a refund automatically, including all fees.
Refunds for Rescheduled Events
We will contact you with the new date and time ASAP. Can't make it? Refunds are up to the artist, venue, or promoter but we will do everything we can to help.
